Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Only items that are purchased and received within 7 days are eligible for a return. Original packaging must be intact and the product must be in the same condition as it was received. Otherwise, return cannot be accepted.
Return
- Return Policy on Printed Circuit Boards (PCB)
To be eligible for a return, PCB must not have damaged terminals or burnt components. Each components should also be original and not replaced. It is the client’s responsibility to test the board upon purchase or receiving. If the board is not working, they must notify an UNO Aire authorized personnel immediately.
PCB that are damaged due to misuse and handling, client’s misidentification of the board/model of the unit, and other reasons other than factory defects detected after testing, cannot be accepted as reasons for return. Only boards that are defective upon testing will be eligible for return.
- Return Policy on Compressors
To be eligible for a return, the compressor must not have damaged components or soldered terminals. Each components should also be original and not replaced. It is the client’s responsibility to test the compressor upon purchase or receiving. If the compressor is not working, they must notify an UNO Aire authorized personnel immediately.
Compressors that are damaged due to misuse and handling, client’s misidentification of the model of the unit, and other reasons other than factory defects detected after testing, cannot be accepted as reasons for return. Only compressors that are defective upon testing will be eligible for return.
To request for a return, the client will need to provide a reason and an evidence of the defect before scheduling a return. Only factory defective items, or items that are defective upon initial testing, will be eligible for return. Once confirmed, the client should return the physical item by any means possible (take note that they will not be shouldered by the company). The item will then be inspected by authorized personnel for a refund recommendation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
A refund recommendation will be issued after the item is inspected. A full refund on the item will be issued if the item is proven to be factory defective and intact in its original condition. Products that are returned for reasons that do not fall under these clauses shall not be granted a full refund, and shall be subject to the company’s discretion to issue a partial or no refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at umg@unoaire.com and send your item to: 27 Bendix Lane, Liberty Homes, Cupang, Muntinlupa City.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 27 Bendix Lane, Liberty Homes, Cupang, Muntinlupa City.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
