Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy
We accept returns or replacements within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the item is in resalable condition with all original accessories, packaging, and no visible damage (including scratches or dents). The item must not have been installed or tested. Returns for reasons such as a change of mind will not be accepted.
Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
To be eligible for a return, the PCB must be free from any visible aesthetic damage. It is the buyer’s responsibility to test the board immediately upon receipt. By accepting the delivery, the buyer confirms that the PCB has no visible defects.
Returns will not be accepted for PCBs that show signs of damage due to misuse and improper handling. Any defects must be attributable to factory issues.
Compressor Return Policy
To qualify for a return, compressors must not be soldered. Once a compressor is soldered or installed, it is assumed that the service technician has confirmed its mechanical integrity, voiding the unit’s warranty. Any post-installation functionality issues will not be covered under this return policy. It is recommended to test the compressor and perform standard procedures before installing it to the unit.
Compressors that are misused, improperly handled, misidentified, or other non-factory defects will not be accepted for return.
Warranty Coverage on Shipped Goods
For shipped items, warranty coverage begins on the official delivery date confirmed by the courier. If items are not inspected or received immediately, warranty coverage may be voided.
If there is damage due to courier mishandling, the Company (Uno Aire) will take responsibility, provided the buyer supplies a video unboxing of the item upon receipt.
Return Denial
The Company reserves the right to deny any return or refund request if the terms and conditions outlined above are not strictly followed.
Settlement
Refund Policy
To process a refund, the original sales invoice and delivery receipt must be submitted to the Company. A full refund will be issued if the item is determined to be factory defective and remains in its original, untampered condition.
The company reserves the right to deny a refund, either partially or fully, if any of the conditions outlined above are not met.
Replacement Policy
A buyer may request for a replacement if the item is found to be factory defective and in its original, untampered condition, as per the conditions stated above.
The Company reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a replacement will be offered.
